Bow Valley Square, Calgary — 2023 – Present)
At Armco Capital, I manage the daily operations of a major commercial property in downtown Calgary. My responsibilities include overseeing HVAC equipment, life safety systems, and building automation systems, performing water testing and treatment to maintain optimal performance, and coordinating with contractors to uphold high safety and quality standards. I act as the first point of contact for tenant requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
BGIS Global Integrated Solutions – 4th Class Power Engineer Intern (Calgary — 2023)
During my internship at BGIS, I assisted senior building operators with troubleshooting and day-to-day operations in a corporate facilities environment. I gained hands-on experience with fan motors, fire safety inspections, and building systems monitoring, reinforcing my technical knowledge and commitment to safety.
